Let’s get packing those lunch boxes with our Farm World friends!
Monday:
Kluk’s krakkalakking lunch box
Boil a few eggs for added protein, chop some carrot sticks, add some pretzels and apple slices for a well-balanced lunch box. Don’t forget to add in some Farm World Fruit Strings for added deliciousness. It’s as easy as that!
Tuesday:
Bisi’s berrylicious lunch box
Pack a low-fat yogurt, a tub of mixed berries, cucumber sticks and some pita bread. Chickpeas are a high source of protein, throw some in a chopper with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and lemon juice – blitz together to make some hummus to add to the lunch box. The kids will love to dip the pita bread and cucumber sticks in the hummus. Pop in a Farm World Fruit Straw for some added fun!
Wednesday:
Willow’s wonderful lunch box
Add in some peach and pear slices, a granola bar for added crunch and a ham and cheese sandwich with a little note of midweek encouragement. Throw in a Farm World Fruit Snail to help develop their finer motor skills as they unwrap this delicious treat.
Thursday:
Ned’s snackalicious lunch box
Add some crunchy carrot sticks with a cheese quesadilla to your lunch box. Mash up some avo and add lemon juice, salt and pepper, and mix well to make a guacamole. Next throw a tomato, coriander, parsley, salt, pepper and some lemon juice to a chopper to make a quick salsa. Your kids will love to dip the cheese quesadilla in the salsa and guacamole. Treat them to a Farm World Fruit String for extra deliciousness.
Friday:
Slim’s super scrumptious lunch box
Slice up some kiwi and add a bunch of grapes to your child’s lunch box. Next add some smoked chicken and cheese slices with lettuce and tomato to a wholewheat tortilla wrap. You can pop in some tortilla chips for added crunch too. Sneak in a Farm World Fruit Snail for slow and easy nibbling.
